『彼らの手は悪事を働くのに巧みで、役人は物を求め、さばきつかさは報酬に応じてさばき、有力者は自分の欲するままを語り、こうして事を曲げる』

That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up.
