『戒めを愛する人は知識を愛する、懲らしめを憎む者は愚かである』

Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates reproof is stupid.

『わたしは心に言った「愚者に臨む事はわたしにも臨むのだ。それでどうしてわたしは賢いことがあろう」わたしはまた心に言った「これもまた空である」と』

Then I said in my heart, “What happens to the fool will happen to me also. Why then have I been so very wise?” And I said in my heart that this also is vanity.

悪人は更に悪に習い、善人は更に善に習う

神はそれぞれに定めとおきてを与えられる

それは神の御こころゆえに、誰一人として抗うことはできない
神は善悪をそれぞれのふさわしい者に与えられる
悪人は更に悪に習い、善人は更に善に習う

私の善悪もそれは神の御こころであり、私はそれに抗えない

故に聖書に縋る

『また彼は私に言った。「この書の預言の言葉を封じてはいけない。時が近づいているからである。不正を行う者はますます不正を行い、汚れた者はますます汚れを行いなさい。正しい者はいよいよ正しいことを行い、聖徒はいよいよ聖なるものとされなさい』
